Currently we offer worldwide shipping, we ship orders from Monday - Friday (excluding weekends, public holidays (Qld, Australia)) and all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of your order being place, some international orders will have a short delay as the payment takes longer to clear in some cases. 
Rich Honey utilise both Sendle and Australia Post to ensure a seamless transaction from purchase through to delivery, all of our orders come with tracking for your security.

Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any of our cosmetics that have been used/opened due to hygiene, In the unlikely event that your order is wrong or damaged please email us straight away ( with photos attached and in the original packaging and we will do our best to fix that for you.

Q. Where is my order ? 

A. After your order has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you added at checkout, we will then send your order within the next 48 hours of confirmation. You will be sent a tracking number when your order has been dispatched, orders can take anywhere between 1-7 business days domestic and longer for international depending on your chosen shipping method (please check out shipping page for more information). Please track your parcel via the tracking number emailed to you refrain from asking your order where about's within the shipping time span. Q. Do you stock all of your items ?

A. Yes, all the products we advertise at sale on our website are all on hand, we create and test all of our products to ensure the best quality for our valued customers, we always have what we advertise and in no way drop-ship items from anywhere but our head quarters where we operate from in Brisbane, Australia.


Q. Why can't I use two discount codes ?

A. Unfortunately you can only use one discount code when checking out.


Q. When will you be restocking on a certain item ?

A. When we are out of stock it can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks for that item to be restocked depending on what the item is. The production of all of our products are timely as most of them are hand made and are carefully crafted for your benefit, please follow our social media pages for updates on our restock, click the following links, Facebook - Instagram -


Q. My palette has arrived broken, can I get a refund ?

A. Yes, as soon as you discover that your palette has been damaged in transit please take photos and send them to us asap. We will assess your photos and rectify this issue as best as we can, this must be done within 14 days of the item arriving at your delivery address.


Q. I don't usually wear contact lenses, will they hurt or damage my eyes? 

A. Our contact lenses are soft and durable for 1 year, although these are cosmetic contact lenses it is always best to contact your health provider if you have any concern. Contact lenses are not known to damage your eyes as long as they are used correctly and not worn for an excessive amount of time (ie. more than a day), please see how to care for your contact lenses correctly via contact lense care articles.
